Returns Policy – Change of mind

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns within 30 days for any reason.

However, the item MUST be in original condition, unopened and unused with its packaging completely intact.

If the product packaging has been opened then we cannot accept a return for obvious health reasons.

So have a good look at the product in the package – if you are not happy then do not open it, simple!

Please email us via letting us know that you want to return your parcel and we will give you all the return shipping information.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective products.

Upon receipt of the parcel and if assessed that the product is in perfect condition and unopened we will provide you with a full refund, including the original shipping fee.

A refund will be issued via the original payment method

Returns policy – faulty product

At our company, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 5-year warranty for all of them. This warranty covers any defects or malfunction that may occur within 5 years of the original purchase date. In the event that a defect or malfunction is discovered, the customer is entitled to a replacement of the product at no additional cost. In the event of a discontinued product we reserve the right to replace with a similar product.

To make a warranty claim simply take a photo of the product showing the issue and email it to us at A member of our team will then respond to your email with a solution within 24 hours.

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification of the product. Our company reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims.

Please remember that all our products are handmade in small batches so there may be minor imperfections or small bubbles. Also colour will vary slightly with each product.


So you have placed an order and have now decided that you wish to cancel it and get a refund, here is what to do!

Firstly email us with your order number at and let us know that you want to cancel your order.

If your order has not been shipped we will simply give you a full refund via the original payment method.

If your parcel has been shipped and is on its way to your location and then you decide you don’t want the product, no worries. You will have to wait for the parcel to arrive to your location. Then email us requesting the return shipping information and letting us know it is coming back our way. Once it arrives back to us (unopened!!) we will provide you with a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
