How discreet is your packaging?
Super discreet! All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of what’s inside. No logos, no cheeky hints. The sender is listed as ‘Geeky Enterprises’ and customs forms describe the contents as a ‘figurine.’ Your nosy housemate won’t have a clue. Even your credit card statement just shows ‘GeekyEnterprises’. We’ve thought of everything. 📦
How long will my order take?
All products are in stock and ready to go. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from our US fulfilment centre.

US: 3-7 business days
Canada: 7-14 business days
Australia: 10-18 business days
UK/Europe: 10-21 business days
Rest of World: 14-28 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yep, geeks are everywhere! We ship worldwide from our US warehouse. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Just keep in mind that customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.
What are your products made of?
Our products are crafted from premium body-safe platinum-cure silicone. Non-porous, hypoallergenic and built to last. They’re made in small batches, so slight colour variations between units are completely normal. Each piece is genuinely one of a kind. ✨
What if my product is faulty?
We’ve got you covered with a 5-year warranty. If something’s not right, fill out the contact form on this page with your order number and a quick photo of the issue. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a solution, usually a replacement. The photo helps our production team make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Can I get a refund?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy, fill out the contact form on this page with your order number and we’ll sort it out. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2-5 business days. No need to ship anything back, just get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and link to follow your parcel’s journey. No email yet? That means we haven’t shipped it, hang tight. If it’s been more than 3 business days without a tracking notification, drop us a message and we’ll investigate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe), PayPal, and Afterpay (US customers only). All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We never see or store your card details.
