Processing times
Our products are handmade to order and can take up to a maximum of 7 business days to create and be ready to ship. On average we generally ship orders out within the first 3 business days.
Flat rate shipping
We offer $15 worldwide flat rate shipping for orders under $75. This option comes with a tracking number so you know where your parcel is at all times.
Express postage
If you require express postage then the amount is calculated upon checkout. Costs will vary with each location. Please note that processing times remain the same (maximum of 7 business days to create and be ready to ship) if you choose the express checkout option. If you require your parcel by a certain date, please let us know when you place your order so we can work towards ensuring your parcel arrives on time.
We use Australia Post to send our products your way. On occasion orders may be held up in customs, delaying postage times, and this is unfortunately beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks please contact us so we can work towards resolving the issue.
Packaging
