If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@geekysextoys.com with your order number and let us know what’s up. Our team will review your request and offer a replacement with a different product. Where appropriate, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
We’re not going to make you jump through hoops, box things up and pay for return shipping — life’s too short. Just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
That said, we do ask that you’re reasonable with us and we’ll be reasonable with you. This guarantee exists for genuine issues, not because your mate wants one too. 😉
We stand behind every product we make with a 5-year warranty against defects and malfunctions.
If something goes wrong:
If the product has been discontinued, we may replace it with a similar product.
What’s covered: Manufacturing defects, material failures, malfunctions
What’s not covered: Damage from misuse, neglect, or modification
Our products are handcrafted in small batches, so slight colour variations between units are completely normal and part of what makes each piece unique. These aren’t considered defects.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
