Your privacy is non-negotiable. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box with:

  • No logos or branding
  • No indication of the contents
  • Sender listed as “Geeky Enterprises”
  • Customs description listed as “figurine”

Your nosy housemate, curious neighbour or local postie won’t have a clue.

Processing & Fulfilment

All products are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from our fulfilment centre in the United States, operated by ShipBob.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery Estimates

  • United States (domestic): 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Australia: 10-18 business days
  • United Kingdom / Europe: 10-21 business days
  • Rest of World: 14-28 business days

These are estimates and can vary depending on customs processing and local postal services. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier.

International Orders & Customs

We ship worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Important: Customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply to international orders. These are set by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they’ll be.

Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel once it ships.

No tracking email yet? That means your order hasn’t shipped — hang tight. If it’s been more than 3 business days without a shipping notification, drop us a line and we’ll look into it.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake before your order ships, contact us immediately and we’ll fix it — no drama.

If an order is delivered to an incorrect address that was provided at checkout, we unfortunately can’t re-ship at our expense. But if something genuinely goes sideways and you’re stuck, reach out — we’re human, and we’ll do what we can to help.
