This Site is for adults only (18+). By browsing or purchasing from the Site, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

Products & Materials

All Geeky Sex Toys products are original designs created, produced and owned by Geeky Sex Toys. Our products are crafted from body-safe silicone and other appropriate materials as listed on individual product pages.

Our products are made in small batches, which means slight colour variations between units are normal. Each piece is unique. Product descriptions and images on the Site are for illustrative purposes — actual products may vary slightly in colour and finish.

Original Works & Intellectual Property

All products sold on this Site are wholly original creations designed, developed and manufactured by Geeky Sex Toys. Our product designs, names, branding, packaging and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Geeky Enterprises Pty. Ltd.

Geeky Sex Toys is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any third-party brand, franchise, entertainment company, studio, publisher or rights holder. No partnership, sponsorship or official association with any external intellectual property exists or is implied.

Where our products incorporate themes, archetypes or cultural references, they do so as original creative works that draw on broad cultural motifs, genre conventions and widely recognised archetypes (such as fantasy, sci-fi, anime and gaming aesthetics). Any perceived resemblance to existing intellectual property is incidental or constitutes lawful parody and commentary under applicable law.

Our product names are original and are not intended to replicate, impersonate or create confusion with any trademarked names, characters, logos or branding belonging to third parties. We take intellectual property seriously — both our own and that of others — and have implemented internal review processes to ensure our products remain original, transformative works.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, product names, designs, videos and other materials — is the property of Geeky Sex Toys and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any Site content without our written permission.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change product prices without notice. If a price is listed incorrectly due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express — processed by Stripe (your statement will show “GeekyEnterprises”)
  • PayPal — your statement will show “GEEKYENTERP”
  • Afterpay — available to US customers only

We do not receive or store your card details. All payment processing is handled by our payment partners, each with their own terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

All products are intended for adults only. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as instructions or directions of use. You are responsible for using products safely and within your capabilities.

Geeky Sex Toys is not liable for:

  • Injury or damage resulting from product use or misuse
  • Delays or failures caused by shipping carriers
  • Customs duties, import taxes or fees on international orders
  • Issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of external sites.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By using the Site, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Affiliate & Influencer Program

The following terms apply to participants in the Geeky Sex Toys Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to these terms in addition to the general Terms & Conditions above.

Eligibility & Registration

  • You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Program.
  • All affiliate applications are subject to manual review and approval. We reserve the right to reject or revoke any application at our sole discretion.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate removal from the Program.

Commissions & Payments

  • Commission rates are set at Geeky Sex Toys’ discretion and may vary between affiliates. Current rates are displayed in your affiliate dashboard.
  • Commissions are earned on completed, non-refunded sales referred through your unique affiliate link.
  • Commissions on refunded or chargebacked orders will be reversed.
  • Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are not permitted and may result in removal from the Program.
  • Payouts are processed via PayPal to the payment email you provide. You are responsible for any taxes owed on affiliate income in your jurisdiction.

Referral Tracking

  • Referrals are tracked via cookies with a 30-day attribution window. If a customer clears their cookies or uses a different device, the referral may not be tracked.
  • We are not responsible for lost referrals due to browser settings, ad blockers, VPNs or other technical factors outside our control.

Promotional Guidelines

  • You may promote Geeky Sex Toys through your website, social media, blog, email list, podcast or other content channels.
  • All promotional content must comply with applicable advertising laws, including FTC disclosure requirements. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g. “This post contains affiliate links” or “#ad #affiliate”).
  • You must not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about our products.
  • You must not use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive practices to generate referrals.
  • You must not bid on our brand name, product names or variations in paid search advertising (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads) without prior written approval.
  • You must not create websites, social media accounts or content that could be confused with official Geeky Sex Toys channels.

Content & Brand Usage

  • You may use product images and descriptions provided through your affiliate dashboard or our official marketing materials.
  • You must not alter our logos, branding or product images without permission.
  • Any original content you create (reviews, photos, videos) featuring our products remains your intellectual property, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to share or repost it with credit.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason.
  • Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and stop representing yourself as a Geeky Sex Toys affiliate.
  • Outstanding commissions on valid, completed sales will still be paid. Pending or unverified commissions may be forfeited.
  • We reserve the right to immediately terminate any affiliate who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or brings the Geeky Sex Toys brand into disrepute.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
