How long does shipping take?

First-edition Pokemoan orders are expected to start shipping around 10 days after the drop. Once dispatched from our US fulfilment centre, most US orders arrive within 3-7 business days. International delivery usually takes 7-14 business days, depending on location.

US shipping is a $10 flat rate. Worldwide shipping is a $20 flat rate. Orders over $200 in the US or $350 internationally ship free.

Can I use any lubricant with silicone toys?

Water-based lubricants are recommended. Avoid silicone-based lubes as they can degrade the surface of silicone toys over a long period of time.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?

We don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but our packaging is already fun and discreet. We do offer digital gift cards if you’d rather let someone pick their own adventure.
